Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you.
If you selected local pickup or the item was purchased in store, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items or return for store credit. We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or defective. Please see below for information on Damaged or Defective Items.
Items can be mailed back to us at your cost of shipping, or you can bring them to our Fort McMurray Location: Bay 8-36 Riedel Street, Fort McMurray AB T9H 3E1 once you’ve received a Return Authorization email from us.
- Please Ensure NOT to mail any items back to us until AFTER you’ve spoken with a Rose & Pearl representative and have received the Return Authorization email.
Exchanges / Store Credit
Once we have received your return back and it has been processed, you will be emailed a store credit, which you can then use to place a new order.
Please call us at (403) 715-4820 if you'd like to exchange or drop off an item for store credit, and we will be happy to coordinate that for you, as a curb side interaction. Local to Fort McMurray only.
Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 25th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6th with the tags attached.
- Online purchase, please ensure it’s added in the notes at checkout that it is a gift.
- In store purchase, please ensure to ask for a gift receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize!
Please notify us via telephone (403) 715-4820 & send a picture of the damage to Kassondra@rosepearl.ca within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.
Please Note: If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to our warehouse and we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges or issued a refund, and it will be sent back to you at your expense. Only when an item is 100% damaged or defective will we issue a refund.
Please be advised that once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts. No exceptions.
Please Note: We reserve the right to cancel and void or refund payment for any order at any time, and for any reason.
Final Sale Items
We cannot take back any items that has been worn, even if it has been worn for only a short amount of time. Rose & Pearl can provide an explanation as to the decision; however we have full/sole authority in the decision as to if an item was worn or not.
